Question 1

How does IASBD quotation and pricing work without visible consumer prices?

Accepted Answer

Industrial automation components are B2B capital equipment whose costs fluctuate with global exchange rates, air-freight tariffs, and volume orders. Instead of listing static or outdated retail figures, we provide fast, formal BDT quotations. Clients can click Add to Quote on our catalog or send part numbers via WhatsApp. Our sales engineering team issues an official formal PDF quotation with guaranteed validity within 15–30 minutes.

Question 2

What are your warranty and testing guarantee terms on new and refurbished parts?

Accepted Answer

Every factory-sealed new product carries a 1-year authentic manufacturer replacement warranty. For refurbished or reconditioned modules (PLCs, HMIs, drives), each unit undergoes physical bench testing under simulated motor load in our Savar workshop and includes a 6-month replacement guarantee. Component-level board repairs include a 3-month performance guarantee.

Question 3

What are your delivery timelines for factory breakdowns in and outside Dhaka?

Accepted Answer

For factory emergencies in Dhaka, Savar, Gazipur, Ashulia, and Narayanganj, ready-stock components are dispatched within 2 to 4 hours via dedicated courier or engineer-assisted delivery. For industrial zones outside Dhaka (Chittagong, Sylhet, Bogra, Khulna), delivery takes 24 hours via SA Paribahan, Sundarban Courier, or direct overnight hand-carry for critical production stoppages.

Question 4

How long does rapid air-cargo import take for rare or obsolete automation parts?

Accepted Answer

For rare, obsolete, or specialized industrial parts not held in local inventory, our rapid global procurement network imports units directly from partner warehouses in China, Japan, Germany, and the USA via express air-cargo within 5 to 10 business days, handling all customs clearance and door-to-factory logistics.

Question 5

What is your component-level electronics repair turnaround time?

Accepted Answer

Standard diagnosis and component-level repair (replacing damaged IGBTs, optocouplers, power supply stages, or corrupted firmware) takes 24 to 48 hours in our clean-room electronics lab. For emergency production stoppages, we offer a 12-hour express overnight repair turnaround.

Question 6

Do you offer onsite factory engineering visits for PLC/HMI troubleshooting?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our senior automation engineers regularly visit textile mills, ceramic plants, steel mills, and pharmaceutical facilities for onsite machine troubleshooting, PLC password unlocking/backup, servo tuning, and control panel commissioning across Bangladesh.
